The REVISED 2/25/2015 parade line up will be posted by noon tomorrow Thursday February 26th and you are free to send it out to your groups.  There are always minor changes after that, but nothing to affect your time or location to line up.  I will be in touch with you a few times before March 15th.


Now is the time to finalize your TV Bios! 

The deadline to finalize the TV Bios is


Friday February 27.

They will then be printed up and handed out to CBS and the producer and announcers.  Additions after that date cannot be added.  CBS has requested that no one contact them directly with anything to be added or read on air.  It has to be on your TV Bio.  We need to have a single stream of information.   If they call us and tell us that you are contacting them directly, you may be dropped from the parade.  No one wants that so honor the deadline please!

If something major happens between now and the parade, or someone passes away, and you want to have it noted, get it to me please.  I’ll do my best to see that it gets done.

Some groups have not updated your applications this year. If we see it was not updated in 2015, we will announce your group, but nothing about them.  We had a situation where someone was too lazy or disorganized, and they never updated their application.  We announced someone who had passed away, and it’s not going to happen again! 


Please take the few minutes to look over all the contact information and TV bios for us; it is to your benefit that it is correct.   We went to the trouble of designing these applications so you need only to make minor changes each year.   Please help me, help you!  To the majority of the groups who update every year, thank you!
